This initial consultation is a conversation and question time, where we see what is going on for you, see if there is anything I do that could help you shift, create and change what is sticking you.

Cancellation Policy

If required to cancel, a minimum of 1 hr is required if after that full payment of service is required. To cancel a class, a minimum of 1 days notice will be required.
